I love your clever use of that artichoke dip--I think I would like to try this as a base on a hot pizza with cheese on top of the toppings--even more sinful!! I do like this cold pizza idea--perfect for an appetizer, I agree! Also, bringing pizza to a potluck isn't done often b/c it gets cold before it's eaten, but this one would be perfect b/c it doesn't need to stay hot.

I'd definitely need to mix it up though...my family runs at the mere mention of broccoli, & I would end up eating the entire thing by myself!

I might even start with a nice roasted garlic hummus instead of the asiago....hmmm you've got my thinking now!
